Segment Display Counter with Sound Feedback

OVERVIEW

Built an Arduino-based counter using a 7-segment display that counts from 0 to 9. Each time the button is pressed, the count goes up and the buzzer produces a completely different sound for each number — not just a beep, but distinct tones that change with every digit.

About the project

The goal was to push beyond the typical beginner LED projects and build something more creative. Instead of just lighting up LEDs, the challenge was combining a 7-segment display with sound output to make something interactive and engaging. It showed that even simple components can be used in more expressive and original ways when you think outside the box.
